After 12 weeks, I feel like myself again. I’ve learnt to recognise my achievements and control my feelings of anxiety, which has helped me to regain my confidence and given me the motivation to try lots of new things – from a trekking trip to running my first half marathon. Things that previously filled me with panic are now a positive challenge.
I’m genuinely much happier – in both my work and personal life – and actively make plans and look forward to the future.
