I found Amanda at a time when I felt really low. I’d been affected by bereavement, trauma, a family member discovered cancer and my child developed a chronic health condition all in a short space of time. It all just felt like too much. On the surface I was coping with the day to day, but I was tearful, incredibly anxious, traumatised and wasn’t enjoying life as much as I should. Amanda is warm, kind, intelligent and patient.
