Jess is a Clinic Director at KlearMinds and holds over 20 years experience providing therapy and leading therapy services. She draws upon a range of therapies including psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness. Jess is skilled in helping clients gain new perspectives for understanding problems which provide powerful foundations for achieving positive change. She works collaboratively, helping you understand and improve problems from the root upwards.

Clinical Experience

Jess holds a wealth of clinical experience as a Senior Psychotherapist and Clinical Lead. For over 20 years she has provided psychotherapy to adults and young people in a variety of clinical settings including: private practice, NHS, schools and voluntary sector services.

Jess has specialist experience working with PTSD, trauma and abuse. She also holds considerable experience working with neurodiversity: ADHD, ASD (autism/aspergers). She also holds extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression, OCD, CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), career concerns, anger management, conflict resolution, improving relationship communication and boundary management.

Jess has designed and facilitated groups for: bereavement and loss, anger management and conflict resolution. She has also devised and led workshops on working with abuse and trauma for clinical professionals.

Qualifications & Training

Jess holds an MA in Art Psychotherapy and has undertaken additional training in CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Attachment Theory, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Mentalization Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Working with Complex Trauma and Dissociation, Advance Masters Programme in Treatment of Trauma, Working with Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and Conflict Resolution.

Jess is registered with HCPC and is a member of BAAT.

Jess’s Fees

£160 per Individual Therapy session

Fees are charged on a per session basis.
A standard session lasts 50 minutes.

Paying via Insurance

Jess can accept payment via the
following insurance providers: Bupa Global and Allianz.
