Amanda has gained her senior level of clinical expertise over the past 13 years, in a range of settings including: private practice, London and Bath Universities and the charity sector. She has delivered a range of mindfulness based stress reduction courses, alongside psycho-education programmes on: health and wellbeing, how to stay calm in a crisis, sleep management, stress management, self-confidence building, work-life balance, emotion regulation, procrastination and perfectionism, neurodivergence, diversity, team building and self-development.

Qualifications & Training

Amanda holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling; PG Diploma in Attachment Based Therapy; Advanced Diploma in Integrative Supervision; Mindfulness Teaching Cert. She has additional training in CBT, solution focused therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, trauma, bereavement, anger management, sexual issues, group dynamics, working therapeutically with ADD & ADHD and equality & diversity. Amanda holds professional recognition and accreditation with the BACP

Amanda is also a qualified Yoga teacher.

Amanda’s Fees

£120 per Individual Therapy session

Fees are charged on a per session basis.
a standard session lasts 50 minutes.

Paying via Insurance

Amanda is a registered provider of counselling and psychotherapy for Healthcare Insurance companies including Allianz and Healix.
