Overcoming Depression – Improving Self-confidence
MK, East London.
It was a fascinating journey and I learnt a lot about myself, lessons I will hold on to going forward. It is a massive relief for me to get to a clear headspace. Your insights were very reassuring to me.
Here is my feedback:
What problem(s) brought you to see me:
I was feeling depressed and stuck in a mental maze of negative thoughts.
How you found the experience of therapy itself and working with me:
I was a little bit skeptical having had some less than helpful psychologists in the past, however this was much different, I felt like your insights were non-judgmental but really cut to the core of what my issues were.
What you’ve learnt / improvements therapy has made for you in your life:
You helped me to identify my personal needs and to respect myself more than I had been. You also facilitated the space for me to come to these realisations and to really believe them myself. It has also been helpful to have some strategies to combat future mental issues.
Thanks again Belinda for all your help, it has been very helpful to me.
