FAQs

How long will it take for attachment therapy to help?

The length of therapy can vary depending on your individual experiences, relationship history, and what you’d like to achieve.  Some clients begin to notice positive changes within a few sessions, particularly as they gain insight into how past relationships have shaped current patterns and start learning tools to manage emotions and build self-trust.  For example, some people find 12 to 24 sessions works well for them, other people find more sessions useful.  Your therapist can help you identify how many sessions will work best for you.
