Dhanesh holds over 20 years clinical experience as a therapist working with individuals and couples. Alongside Maggie and Paul, she works with clients directly. Dhanesh brings a wealth of management and leadership experience to facilitate quality and excellence in the day to day delivery of our clinical service.
Dhanesh is adept at tailoring how she works to meet the learning style and particular needs of each client or couple she sees. She is highly skilled in helping clients develop self-understanding and new helpful perspectives into problematic concerns with work, career, family, friendships and intimate relationships. Building upon these new understandings, Dhanesh helps clients identify proactive strategies which they can utilize to effectively address problematic concerns. Her approach enables clients to feel empowered with the ability to make positive and lasting changes resulting in more personal fulfillment and ease with work/career, family, friendship, partnerships and life in general.

Dhanesh has reached senior level with over 20 years experience working in a range of organisational settings including: NHS, GP practice, Higher Education and Charity settings covering drug and alcohol, domestic violence and young people. Dhanesh has delivered psycho-educational programmes and workshops on stress management, anxiety, sleep management, staff wellbeing and general well being.
Prior to joining KlearMinds, Dhanesh managed and developed a range of psychological and wellbeing services. She led and developed the quality of counselling service provision at the Award Winning Sangam Service (Queen’s Jubilee Award). She has managed the quality of therapist performance within a large NHS therapy service.
Dhanesh also provides consultation and clinical supervision to a range of senior practitioners.
Dhanesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Integrative), a Certificate in Behavioural Couples Therapy, a Diploma in Integrative Clinical Supervision, a Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a BA(Hons) in Business Studies.
Dhanesh has also undertaken additional training in mindfulness, stress, anxiety, depression, communication and negotiation, substance abuse, long covid, cultural diversity, perinatal issues, attachment theory, self-harm, eating disorders and domestic abuse.
Dhanesh is a Registered and Accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
