What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy?

IFS therapy is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and work with the different “parts” of yourself — especially the ones that may feel stuck in fear, anger, shame, anxiety, or self-doubt. Instead of viewing these emotions or behaviours as problems to “fix”, IFS invites you to approach them with curiosity and compassion. What is that anxious part trying to protect you from?
