Malak is a highly experienced counsellor & psychotherapist with over 11 years clinical experience. She can help you understand more fully and successfully address, the problematic roots of issues which hold you back in life.

You can discover how to develop and maintain a solid self-confidence and achieve meaningful changes in your life. Malak also utilizes mindfulness techniques in her work when it can help clients progress.
Malak has helped many clients with a range of issues such as: depression, anxiety, stress management, work, career, relationships, self-confidence, self-esteem, anger management, loss and bereavement, identity issues, abuse, trauma and PTSD, life changing events, decision making.
Malak has extensive clinical experience working in private practice, charity organisations and within the NHS. She has also managed other counsellors in their work. Malak regularly designs and delivers psycho educational workshops on a range of mental wellbeing topics including: self-esteem, self-confidence, problem solving, positivity, stress management and anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, abuse.
Malak utilizes an integrative approach which enables her to tailor the therapy to meet the needs of her client. She works with Person Centred, Psychodynamic, attachment theory, CBT, mindfulness and Solution Focused therapy.
Malak has additional training in Mindfulness, trauma, abuse, anger management and coaching.
Malak is a registered member of British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abides by their code of ethics.
